Who we are
This website is operated by Murray Boyton, an individual based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. References to "I", "me", or "my" in this policy refer to Murray Boyton personally. This policy applies to murrayboyton.com and any pages hosted on that domain.

What information I collect
I only collect information you choose to give me. This includes:
- Contact form: your first name, email address, and message when you submit the contact form on this site.
- Email subscription: your email address (and optionally your first name) when you subscribe to my email list via any subscribe form on this site.
- Booking: name, email, and any information you provide when booking a call via Calendly.
- Ebook download: your name and email address when you request access to a free resource or ebook.
I do not collect payment information directly — any purchases are handled by third-party platforms (such as LifeWave) with their own privacy policies.
How I use your information
Information you provide is used only for the purpose it was given:
- To respond to your message or enquiry
- To send you the email content or resource you signed up for
- To confirm and manage a booked call
- To send occasional email updates about leadership, faith, business, or health content (only if you subscribed — you can unsubscribe at any time)
I will never sell your information, share it with third parties for their own marketing, or use it for any purpose beyond what is described here.
Email marketing
Email communications are managed through Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), a third-party email platform. By subscribing to my email list you agree to your data being stored and processed by Brevo in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
Every email I send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time.
Calendly bookings
Call bookings are handled through Calendly. When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email address, and chosen time slot. This data is governed by Calendly's Privacy Policy.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors find and use the site. These tools may use cookies to collect anonymous browsing data such as pages visited, time on site, and general geographic location.
No personally identifiable information is shared with these services unless you have already provided it to Google or Facebook independently. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Data storage and security
Your information is stored securely within the platforms described above (Brevo, Calendly). I take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
I do not store form submission data on my own servers — contact form messages are delivered to my email inbox directly.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information I hold about you
- Request that I correct or delete your personal information
- Unsubscribe from email communications at any time
- Withdraw consent for any data processing where consent was the basis for collection

Murray Boyton is an independent LifeWave Brand Partner. Any information collected on this site related to LifeWave products or the business opportunity is used solely to follow up on your enquiry. LifeWave's privacy policy governs data collected on lifewave.com.
